Returns and Shipping Policy
Returns Policy At Riviera Porzioli, we accept returns, but it is not possible to request a return for issues related to the use of the product after it has been worn outside the home.
Customized Products For all customized orders (non-standard), in case of cancellation for reasons not related to manufacturer errors or product defects, we reserve the right to retain €50 to cover the costs of customization work.
Return Rules The right of withdrawal applies under the following conditions: the product, even if opened, must be intact, not worn outside of home floors, and show no signs of wear.
All returned items will be carefully inspected.
In the case of products showing signs of use, Riviera Porzioli reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a deduction to the refund.
The right of withdrawal must be communicated via email to info@rivieraporzioli.com within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The shipment of the returned product will be at the customer's expense.
Return Shipping Costs The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a request for replacement, the shipping costs of the replacement product will be covered by Riviera Porzioli.
Refunds If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, Riviera Porzioli will refund the amount paid for the product, excluding the original shipping costs.
The refund will be issued within 30 days from the date we receive the withdrawal request, once the compliance with the above conditions has been verified.
Exclusion from Refund If the terms and methods for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the user will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid.
