Shipping Information
Shipping Times Riviera Porzioli is committed to processing orders within 3-5 business days for shipments within Italy. In Italy, shipping is free for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Easy Returns You have 30 days to return your products, provided you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.
Reduced Shipments To reduce environmental impact, if your order contains pre-order items and others that are in stock, we will ship everything in a single shipment by the pre-order end date. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items immediately, you can contact us at info@rivieraporzioli.com to request separate shipping.
International Shipments For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient and will be applied upon the arrival of the goods in the destination country. We recommend contacting local customs authorities to verify any additional costs.
Costs for Refused or Undelivered Orders In the event of refused goods or failed delivery due to reasons such as incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient, shipping and return costs, including any customs taxes, will be charged to the customer. The cost of the product will still be refunded.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Italy: 4-6 business days from order processing
- European Union: 7-10 business days
- Outside the EU: 10-15 business days
Delays may occur due to holidays, courier malfunctions, or force majeure events.
Order Tracking After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking code to monitor the delivery status.
Delivery Issues Any issues related to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products must be reported within 14 days of receiving the goods, following the instructions provided in our Return Policy.
Shipping Documents All shipments are accompanied by an invoice or fiscal receipt stating the value of the items in Euros.
